Horizon Ventures
Horizon Ventures was in fact the first such organisation in Zimbabwe to be certified to SAZS ISO 9002:1994 on 25 January 2001. The company provides water treatment, cleaning chemicals and commodity chemicals’ supply service. It employs a total of 30 staff. 
Horizon Ventures embarked on the ISO 9000 programme in January 2000 in response to market demands. Its customers were becoming more quality conscious and inclined to do business with suppliers whose products were quality assured. Horizon Ventures’ operations have greatly improved through focused business practices. It now has increased customer satisfaction, easier access export markets, an enhanced company image, improved employee productivity, morale and general quality awareness.
