Standards Information Section

General Information As a member of ISO, SAZ has built the most comprehensive collection of standards information in its Information Centres in Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare. The Information Centres are equipped to provide information services on national, foreign national, regional and international standards. They also provides a WTO/TBT Enquiry point for standards and conformity assessment information.  The collection includes Australian, British Standards, IEC, ISO, Malaysian, South African, ASTM standards etc. These standards are available on sale or loan.

Standard Sales

National, foreign national, regional and international standards are available on loan and for sale from the SAZ Information Centres in Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare.

World Trade Organization’s Technical Barriers to Trade (WTO/TBT) Enquiry Point

The Zimbabwe Government is signatory to the WTO/TBT Agreement and the SAZ Information Centre is the WTO/TBT Enquiry point for standards and conformity assessment information. The Enquiry Point receives and disseminates notifications from other WTO member countries.
