1. SAZ laboratory management is committed to good professional practice and to offering high quality testing and calibration services to its clients.

2. SAZ laboratory management and staff are committed to the timely delivery of quality testing and calibration services at competitive prices through:

   • working to recognised specifications such as SAZS, BS, SABS, ISO, IP, BP, AQAC, ASTM, etc.

   • keeping pace with technological developments in order to provide accurate and reliable results

   • being flexible and willing to co-operate with clients

3. All laboratory personnel concerned are required to be familiar with relevant quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.

4. SAZ laboratory management and staff are committed to the implementation and maintenance of the quality management systems in compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
